Who Owns the Photos?
All images captured by 5 Acre Studios are copyrighted and owned by the studio. Clients receive a usage license based on the type of service and intended use of the images.

✅ Usage is non-transferable. You may not resell or give image rights to third parties.
🌐 Commercial & Extended Use (License Upgrade)
A Commercial License is required for:
- Paid advertising (print, digital, billboards, social ads)
- National/international marketing campaigns
- Press/media distribution
- Use in products for sale or content monetization
- Distribution to third-party vendors or agencies

Based on usage type, distribution, and duration.

🚫 Prohibited Uses (Without Commercial License)
- Reselling or redistributing images
- Editing or altering images without permission
